核电冷源设备的阴极保护及腐蚀智能监测

核电冷源设备具有材质多样化、腐蚀环境苛刻等特点,其阴极保护系统的有效运行和预防性腐蚀管理至关重要,但受空间限制,在设备运行期间阴极保护系统参数无法有效采集,阴极保护系统运行管理存在盲区.基于此,从核电冷源设备的特殊工况和实际需求出发,提出了具有数据采集、存储、远程传输、远程控制、故障预警等功能的阴极保护及腐蚀智能监测方案,通过实际案例分析,验证了此方案可以实现核电冷源设备运行期间腐蚀与防护状态的整体评价和故障预警.
Cathodic Protection and Corrosion Intelligent Monitoring of Nuclear Power Cold Source Equipments
Nuclear power cold source equipment has the characteristics of diverse materials and harsh corrosive environments.The effective operation and preventive corrosion management of its cathodic protection system are crucial.However,due to space limitations,the parameters of the cathodic protection system cannot be effectively collected during equipment operation,and there is a blind spot in the operation and management of the cathodic protection system.Based on this,a cathodic protection and corrosion intelligent monitoring scheme with functions such as data collection,storage,remote transmission,remote control and fault warning was proposed based on the special working conditions and actual needs of nuclear power cold source equipment.Through actual case analysis,it was verified that this scheme could achieve an overall evaluation and fault warning of corrosion and protection status during the operation of nuclear power cold source equipment.
