以某油田原油和采出水为原料配制了不同含水率的油包水或水包油乳状液,利用失重法和电化学测试技术研究了 20钢的腐蚀行为,分析了不同含水率和不同类型乳状液的腐蚀性.结果表明:乳状液的腐蚀性低于采出水的腐蚀性,且水包油乳状液腐蚀性大于油包水乳状液;由于油包水乳状液中原油在20钢表面吸附形成的油膜的完整性较好,20钢与水分子接触受到一定限制,腐蚀比较轻;随着含水率增大,油膜完整性逐渐受到破坏,乳状液腐蚀性明显变强;在水包油乳状液中,20钢与采出水直接接触,20钢表面只存在分散状的油膜,其对金属基体的保护作用较弱,随着含水率的增加,水包油乳状液对20钢的腐蚀接近于采出水;在油水界面处,20钢腐蚀严重,其腐蚀行为与在水包油乳状液中的类似.
Corrosion of 20 Steel by Crude Oil Emulsion
Water-in-oil emulsion or water-in-oil emulsion with different water content were prepared with crude oil and produced water from an oil field.The corrosion behavior of 20 steel was studied by weight loss method and electrochemical testing technology,and the corrosivity of the emulsion with different types and different water content was analyzed.The results show that the corrosivity of the emulsion was lower than that of the produced water,and the corrosivity of the oil-in-water emulsion was greater than that of the water-in-oil emulsion.The oil film formed on the surface of 20 steel by the adsorption of crude oil in the water-in-oil emulsion had good integrity,which resisted the 20 steel to touch with water molecules in a certain,so the 20 steel had a light corrosion.With the increase of water content,the integrity of the oil film was gradually destroyed,and the corrosivity of the emulsion became significantly stronger.In the oil-in-water emulsion,20 steel could directly touch with produced water.There was a dispersed oil film on the surface of 20 steel,which had a weak protective effect on metal substrate.With the increase of water content,the corrosion of the 20 steel in the oil-in-water emulsion was close to that in the produced water.The 20 steel corroded seriously at the oil-water interface,in which its corrosion behavior was similar to that in the oil-in-water emulsion.
