摘要

为改善丙烯酸涂层对水泥混凝土的保护能力,将石墨烯作为功能填料掺入丙烯酸涂层中,在水泥砂浆立方体试块表面制备了石墨烯改性丙烯酸复合涂层.考察了涂层中石墨烯掺量和砂浆试块制备过程中的水灰比对水泥砂浆耐硫酸镁侵蚀性能的影响,优化防护涂层组成设计.结果表明:随涂层中石墨烯掺量的提高,硫酸镁侵蚀导致的砂浆试块的质量增加率和强度损失率均显著减小,但石墨烯掺量过高时,质量增加率和强度损失率反而升高;石墨烯最佳掺量推荐为0.4%(质量分数),该掺量对不同水灰比砂浆试块的耐硫酸镁腐蚀性能均表现出较好的改善效果,但较低的水灰比(0.4)有利于砂浆试块的成型,提高其耐硫酸镁腐蚀性能.

Abstract

In order to upgrade the protection ability of acrylic coating on the surface of cement concrete,graphene were employed as fundamental filler in acrylic coating,and the graphene modified acrylic composite coating was prepared on the surface of cement mortar cubes.The effects of graphene dosage in the polyacrylic coating and water-cement ratio in the preparing process of cement mortar samples on the MgSO4 corrosion resistance of the samples were investigated,and the composition design of protective coating was optimized.The results show that the mass increment ratio and the strength loss ratio of the cement mortar samples due to the corrosion of MgSO4 solution reduced evidently with the increase of graphene dosage in the coating.However,the excessive amount of graphene caused the mass increment ratio and the stength loss ratio of the coating to rise.A graphene dosage of 0.4%(mass fraction)was proposed as optimal value,which showed good improvement on the MgSO4 corrosion resistance of the samples with different water-cement ratios.The lower water-cement ratio(0.4)was conducive to the formation of cement mortar samples,and improve their MgSO4 corrosion resistance.
