摘要

采用无损检测和金相、硬度、铁素体含量等理化检验,对某企业乙二醇装置奥氏体不锈钢封头的开裂原因进行了分析,并提出了预防措施.结果表明:不锈钢封头的开裂形式为穿晶型应力腐蚀开裂;冷成形后的封头组织中含有大量形变诱发马氏体,且硬度大幅升高,在焊接残余应力和冷成形加工残余应力的共同作用下,封头发生氯化物应力腐蚀开裂,且含乙酸和甲酸的弱酸性环境对开裂起到显著的促进作用.建议对冷成形后的封头进行固溶处理,以消除加工硬化的影响.

Abstract

The cracking causes of austenitic stainless steel heads in an ethylene glycol unit were tested by nondestructive testing,metallography,hardness and ferrite content inspection,and the countermeasures were put forward.The results show that the cracking from of the stainless steel heads was transgranular stress corrosion cracking.After cold forming,the heads contained a large amount of deformation induced martensite,and the hardness was greatly increased.Under the joint action of welding residual stress and cold forming residual stress,the chloride stress corrosion cracking was caused in the heads.The weak acidic environment containing acetic acid and formic acid promoted the cracking significantly.It was suggested that the head after forming should be treated by solid solution treatment to eliminate the effect of work hardening.
