摘要
以某炼化公司4万t/a硫磺装置酸性气燃烧炉出口过程气一级冷凝冷却器的腐蚀为例,通过前期试漏试验、腐蚀减薄穿孔区域形貌观察、腐蚀产物化学成分分析、介质流态流速数值模拟等一系列方法评估了腐蚀原因.结果表明:该硫冷凝器管束发生腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是壳程介质没有提前除氧且pH控制不当导致的氧腐蚀和碱腐蚀,依据分析结果提出了相应的防腐蚀措施.
Abstract
Taking the corrosion of the first stage condensate cooler at the outlet of the acid gas combustion furnace in a 40 000 t/a sulfur refining company as an example,the corrosion cause was evaluated through a series of methods such as preliminary leak test,observation of the morphology of the corrosion thinning perforation area,analysis of the chemical composition of corrosion products,and numerical simulation of the flow rate of the medium.The results indicate that the main reason for the corrosion perforation of the sulfur condenser tube bundle was the oxygen corrosion and alkali corrosion caused by the shell side medium not being deoxidized in advance and improper pH control.Based on the analysis results,corresponding anti-corrosion measures were proposed.
