摘要

通过电化学测试和FeCl3 点蚀试验,研究了Cr23C6 析出相及Al2O3 夹杂物对L80-9Cr钢耐蚀性的影响.结果表明:Cr23C6 在原马氏体板条束内的析出聚集增大了小角度晶界处的晶格畸变程度,使其具有较高的电化学活性,导致材料耐腐蚀性能降低;另一方面,Cr23C6 析出导致周围贫Cr区的形成,增大材料的点蚀倾向;此外,Al2O3 夹杂物的存在也为点蚀萌生与发展提供有利位置,两者的共同作用导致L80-9Cr钢的严重点蚀.

Abstract

The effects of Cr23C6 precipitates and Al2O3 inclusions on the corrosion resistance of L80-9Cr steel were studied by electrochemical test and FeCl3 pitting test.The results show that the precipitation and aggregation of Cr23C6 in the original martensitic lath bundles increased the degree of lattice distortion at the small-angle grain boundaries,making it have higher electrochemical activity and reducing the corrosion resistance of the material.On the other hand,the precipitation of Cr23C6 led to the formation of the surrounding Cr-depleted area,which increased the tendency of pitting corrosion of the material.In addition,the existence of Al2O3 inclusions also provided a favorable position for the initiation and development of pitting corrosion,and the combined effect of the two led to the severe pitting corrosion of L80-9Cr steel.
