A1060纯Al在模拟污染海洋大气环境中的腐蚀行为及机理

通过周期浸润加速腐蚀试验和电化学测试,采用 3.5%(质量分数)NaCl 和 3.5%NaCl+0.02 mol/L NaHSO3 溶液分别模拟海洋大气环境和污染海洋大气环境,研究了A1060 纯Al在这两种环境中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:A1060 纯Al在污染海洋大气环境中表现出更大的腐蚀电流密度和更低的自腐蚀电位,分别为 1.01 μA/cm2 和-911 mV;经 720 h周期浸润腐蚀试验后,其在模拟污染海洋大气环境中的质量损失量和腐蚀速率分别为 9.7 g/m2 和 0.04 μm/a,其腐蚀速率是在模拟海洋大气环境中的 4 倍,且其在污染海洋大气环境中还面临着更早和更加严重的点蚀情况;污染海洋大气中的HSO-3 诱导A1060 纯Al表面保护性氧化膜转变成疏松的Al2(SO4)3,导致薄液膜的酸性和导电性均增加,从而促进腐蚀反应的发生.
Corrosion Behavior and Mechanism of Pure Al A1060 in Simulated Polluted Marine Atmospheric Environment
The corrosion behavior of pure Al A1060 in 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl and 3.5%NaCl+0.02 mol/L NaHSO3 solutions which simulated polluted marine atmospheric enrironment was studied by cyclic immersion accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical test.The results show that the pure Al exhibited higher corrosion current density and lower free corrosion potential in polluted marine atmospheric environment,which were 1.01 μA/cm2 and-911 mV,respectively.After 720 h periodic immersion corrosion test,the mass loss and corrosion rate of the pure Al in the simulated polluted marine atmosphere were 9.7 g/m2 and 0.04 μm/a,respectively.The corrosion rate of the pure Al was 4 times higher than that in the simulated marine atmosphere,and it also faced earlier and more serious pitting corrosion in the polluted marine atmosphere.The HSO-3 in the polluted marine atmosphere induced the protective oxide film on the surface of A1060 pure Al to transform into loose Al2(SO4)3,resulting in the increase of the acidity and conductivity of the thin liquid film,thus promoting the occurrence of corrosion reaction.
