摘要

采用超声速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺,在随钻仪器零件常用材料TC11 钛合金表面制备金属陶瓷涂层WC-10Co4Cr,利用冲击试验机测量喷涂前后钛合金的冲击韧性,使用磨粒磨损试验机测定涂层的耐磨性,采用电化学测试分析涂层的耐蚀性.结果表明:HVOF工艺对TC11 钛合金的组织和性能影响较小,与未喷涂的钛合金相比,界面处基体的显微组织和显微硬度没有明显变化,冲击韧性稍有提高;HVOF工艺稳定可靠,涂层呈片层结构,致密度高,涂层的孔隙率为 2.55%,硬度达到 1400 HV,涂层主要由WC和W2C相组成,其与基体结合良好,为机械结合;金属陶瓷涂层能够显著改善钛合金的耐磨性和耐蚀性,喷涂涂层钛合金的磨损量是未喷涂钛合金的 1.56%,喷涂涂层钛合金的磨损机制是磨粒磨损,未喷涂涂层钛合金磨损机制是磨粒磨损+黏着磨损.

Abstract

The cermet coating was prepared on the surface of TC11 titanium alloy,a common material of drilling instrument parts,by high velocity oxygen fuel spraying(HVOF).The impact toughness of titanium alloy before and after spraying was measured by impact tester.The wear resistance of the coating was measured by abrasive wear tester.The corrosion resistance of the coating was analyzed by electrochemical test.The results show that the HVOF process had little effect on the microstructure and properties of TC11 titanium alloy.Compared with the unsprayed titanium alloy,the microstructure and microhardness at the interface of the coating did not change significantly,and the impact toughness was slightly improved.The HVOF process was stable and reliable.The coating had a lamellar structure and high density.The porosity of the coating was 2.55%,and the hardness reached 1400 HV.The coating was mainly composed of WC and W2 C phases,which were well combined with the substrate and were mechanically bonded.The cermet coating could significantly improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of titanium alloy.The wear amount of titanium alloy after spraying coating was 1.56%of that of unsprayed titanium alloy.The wear mechanism of titanium alloy with spraying coating was abrasive wear,and the wear mechanism of titanium alloy without spraying coating was abrasive wear+adhesive wear.
