摘要
通过非线性有限元方法研究了弯矩影响下含腐蚀缺陷X80管道失效内压与腐蚀缺陷深度、长度、宽度等参数的相关性,并给出相应的失效内压预测方法.结果表明:弯矩,腐蚀缺陷尺寸(深度、长度和宽度)等均会对含腐蚀缺陷高钢级管道的失效内压产生影响,给出的弯矩影响下含腐蚀缺陷高钢级管道的失效内压预测方法可以准确预测管道的失效内压,对实际工程具有指导意义.
Abstract
The correlation between the failure internal pressure of the X80 pipeline containing corrosion defects and parameters such as the depth,length,and width of corrosion defects under the influence of bending moment was studied using nonlinear finite element method,and corresponding prediction methods for failure internal pressure were provided.The results show that bending moment,depth,length and width of corrosion defects all had effects on the failure internal pressure of high-grade pipelines containing corrosion defects.The prediction method for failure internal pressure of high-grade pipelines containing corrosion defects under the influence of bending moment could accurately predict the failure internal pressure of pipelines,which had guiding significance for practical engineering.
