三代核电厂海水管道用钢的腐蚀行为

通过腐蚀浸泡试验和电化学测试研究了三代核电厂海水管道用钢Q235B在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:随着温度升高,Q235B钢的开路电位和电化学阻抗降低,腐蚀速率增大,说明其耐蚀性变差;温度的升高不仅促进了钢的溶解,同时还促进了腐蚀产物的形成;在20 ℃和30 ℃时,腐蚀产物主要由α-FeOOH和α-Fe2O3组成,在40 ℃和600 ℃时,腐蚀产物由大量α-FeOOH和少量的α-Fe2O3、γ-FeOOH组成,α-FeOOH的相对含量比20 ℃和30 ℃时显著增加.
Corrosion Behavior of Steel for Seawater Pipeline in the Third Generation Nuclear Power Plant
The corrosion behavior of Q235B steel for seawater pipeline in the third generation nuclear power plant was studied by immersion corrosion testing and electrochemical testing in 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the open circuit potential and electrochemical impedance of the Q235B steel decreased,and the corrosion rate increased,indicating the corrosion resistance of the steel became worse.The increase of temperature not only promoted the dissolution of the steel,but also promoted the formation of corrosion products.At 20 ℃ and 30 ℃,the corrosion products were mainly composed of α-FeOOH and α-Fe2O3.At 40 ℃ and 60 ℃,the corrosion products were composed of a large amount of α-FeOOH and a small amount of α-Fe2O3 and γ-FeOOH,and the relative content of α-FeOOH increased significantly compared with that at 20 ℃ and 30 ℃.
