海洋工程管道腐蚀损伤深度无损评价方法

海洋工程管道服役安全长期受到环境腐蚀的严重威胁,管道腐蚀损伤评价对保障国民经济和社会的可持续发展具有重要意义.介绍了切向法和灰度法射线检测在定量测定腐蚀损伤深度方面的原理,分别对两种方法的检测误差进行了理论分析,基于径向和轴向穿透厚度变化规律,提出了灰度法射线检查厚度修正方法.以平底阶梯孔试样为试验对象,分别进行切向法和灰度法射线检测.结果表明:测量误差较小,切向法和灰度法射线检测均可用于管道腐蚀损伤深度无损评价.
Non-Destructive Evaluation Method of Corrosion Damage Depth of Offshore Engineering Pipeline
The safety of marine engineering pipelines is been seriously threatened by environmental corrosion for a long time,and the evaluation of pipeline corrosion damage is of great significance for ensuring the sustainable development of the national economy and society.The principles of tangential radiography inspection and gray radiography inspection in quantitative measurement of corrosion damage was introduced,and the detection errors of the two methods were analyzed.Based on the variation of radial and axial penetrated thickness in the metal path length,a thickness correction method for gray radiography inspection was proposed.The specimen with a flat bottom step hole as a test object,tangential radiography and gray radiography detection were carried out,respectively.The results show that the measured results and the true value of the error was very small,it could be used for pipeline corrosion depth measurement.
