基于资源一号02D高光谱数据在闽江流域福州段叶绿素a反演的研究

摘要
基于2022年8月8日资源一号02D高光谱遥感数据和50个同步水质采样数据,通过分析闽江流域福州段水面光谱反射率和叶绿素a浓度的相关性,构建叶绿素a的单波段、一阶微分、二波段比值、归一化叶绿素、三波段、四波段6种典型光谱指数反演模型.结果表明:波段比值指数、归一化叶绿素指数、三波段指数均可以较好估测研究区叶绿素a浓度,其中,B35-B38-B40三波段指数模型反演精度最高,判断系数(R2)为0.828 9,均方根误差(RMSE)为19.953 4 ug/L.同时,探讨了四波段指数精度低的原因和该反演模型可能存在的局限性.
Abstract
Based on the ZY-1-02D hyperspectral remote sensing data and 50 synchronous water quality sampling data on August 8,2022,by analyzing the correlation between water surface spectral reflectance and chlorophyll a concentration in Fuzhou section of Minjiang River Basin,the inversion models of six typical spectral indices of chlorophyll a,such as single band,first-order differential,two-band ratio,normalized chlorophyll,three-band and four-band,were constructed.The results show that the band ratio index,normalized chlorophyll index and three-band index can better estimate the chlorophyll a concentration in the study area.Among them,the inversion accuracy of B35-B38-B40 three-band index model is the highest.The coefficient of determination(R2)was 0.828 9,and the root mean square error(RMSE)was 19.953 4 μg/L.At the same time,the reasons for the low accuracy of the four-band index and the possible limitations of the inversion model are discussed.
