Discussion on Geological Characteristics and Genesis of Donghuai Pyrophyllite Deposit in Pinghe County,Fujian Province
Donghuai Pyrophyllite Deposit in Pinghe County is located in the east side of Zhenghe-Dapu fault zone,the intersection of Dongshanlin-Guizhuyang north-east fracture zone and Luxi-Xiazhai north-east fracture zone.The ore body is stored in the second section of rhyolitic crystalline tuff of the late Jurassic Nanyuan Formation,which is controlled by the north-east-east extrusion erosion zone.On the basis of studying the geological characteristics of the deposit,through the change of the chemical composition of the ore and the mother rock and and the X-ray diffraction spectra of the ore are compared,it is considered that the deposit belongs to the typical hydrothermal metasomatism type of the leaf wax ore.
