Practical Analysis of the Land Expropriation and All-around Ddevelopment Policy in Fujian Province
Based on the analysis of the policy formulation background of land all-around development and the specific situation of Fujian Province,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the land all-around development policy of Fujian Province from both the macro-control of spatial layout,legal procedure,and land intensive conservation,and micro-regulation of public interest,conforming to planning,and targeted service.The approved land all-around development present some characteristics such as the development based on project requirements has increased,the batch size has decreased and the difficulty of approval has increased.This paper proposes beneficial policy suggestions for improving the management system of land all-around development from expanding public welfare identification standards,simplifying the inspection content of application materials,and strictly implementing supervision of land all-around development,which is of great significance to promoting the improvement of land spatial planning.
