氟离子选择电极法测定土壤中氟含量的方法改进

摘要
对使用氟离子选择电极法测定土壤中的氟化物的方法样品前处理进行改进,改进后的方法检出限为18.2mg/kg.利用该方法对9种不同类型和氟含量的土壤标准物质进行测定,相对偏差RE为0.37%~6.61%.用16件样品进行方法比对,对比3种方法检测结果的相对偏差RSD,改进后方法的RSD为2.00%~5.84%,表明该改进方法的正确度和精密度都能满足检测要求,并可有效缩短处理的时间,提高检测效率.
Abstract
The detection limit of fluoride in soil by fluoride ion selective electrode method was 18.2 mg/kg after improved sample pretreatment.The method was used to determine 9 different types and fluorine content of soil reference materials and the relative deviation RE was 0.37%~6.61%.16 samples were used to compare the relative deviations of the three methods,and the RSD of the improved method was 2.00%~5.84%.The results show that the accuracy and precision of the improved method can meet the detection requirements,and can effectively shorten the pretreatment time and improve the detection efficiency.
