液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪测定地表水中的砷形态

Determination of Arsenic Specition in Surface Water Using Liquid Chromatography-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer

建立液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪(LC-AFS)同时对地表水中三价砷[As(Ⅲ)]、二甲基砷(DMA)、一甲基砷(MMA)、五价砷[As(Ⅴ)]4种砷形态的测定方法.以10 mmol/L磷酸氢二铵水溶液为流动相,样品通过0.45μm水系微孔滤膜过滤后,经阴离子色谱柱进行4种砷形态分离,原子荧光进行定性和定量.结果表明:在质量浓度为0~100μg/L范围内,4种砷形态线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999.As(Ⅲ)、DMA、MMA、As(Ⅴ)的检出限分别为0.31、0.41、0.53和0.81μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.01%~3.83%(n=6)范围内,加标回收率在90.41%~105.90%范围内.方法简便易行、精密度好,可用于地表水中4种砷形态含量的测定.
A method for the simultaneous determination of arsenite[As(Ⅲ)],dimethyl arsenic (DMA),monomethyl arsenic (MMA) and arsenate[As(Ⅴ)]in surface water using liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometer (LC-AFS) was established. With 10 mmol/L diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution as the mobile phase,the samples were filtered through 0.45 μm aqueous microporous filter membrane,and 4 arsenic specition were separated by an anion chromatographic column,qualitative and quantitative analysis were achieved using atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that the linearity of the 4 arsenic specition were good in the range of 0~100 μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The limits of detection of As(Ⅲ),DMA,MMA,and As(Ⅴ) were 0.31,0.41,0.53,and 0.81 μg/L respectively,and the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 1.01%~3.83% (n=6). The spiked recoveries ranged from 90.41%~105.90%. The method is simple and easy to implement,highly accurate,and can be used for the determination 4 arsenic specition in surface water.
