青海产区甘青青兰药材分析及质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.in Qinghai Province

参照《中华人民共和国药典(2020年版)》的相关要求,对甘青青兰(Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.)质量标准进行了系统的研究,包括生物学性状和化学成分.用薄层色谱鉴别(TLC)对药材的性状进行了详细的描述,并测定甘青青兰中水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、浸出物,建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定甘青青兰中绿原酸、胡麻苷的方法,并进行了 11批样品中绿原酸、胡麻苷含量的测定.依据试验数据可知,甘青青兰的水分含量不得大于9.96%,总灰分含量不得大于 11.4%,酸不溶灰分含量不得大于 1.62%,水溶性浸出物含量不得小于 21.6%.以干燥品计,绿原酸、胡麻苷含量不低于1.47%、0.98%.
According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2020,the biological characters and chemical components of Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.were studied systematically.The characters of the herbs were described in detail by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).The moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract of Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.were determined.A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for the determination of chlorogenic acid and linoside in Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.was established.The contents of chlorogenic acid and linoside in 11 batches of samples were determined.Based on the experimental data,the content of moisture was not greater than 9.96%,the content of total ash was not greater than 11.4%,the content of acid-insoluble ash was not greater than 1.62%,and the content of extract was not less than 21.6%.Based on dry samples,the contents of chlorogenic acid and linoside were not less than 1.47%and 0.98%,respectively.
