用反相高效液相色谱法分离和测定丁烯二酸的顺反异构体

建立了分离和测定丁烯二酸的2个异构体——顺丁烯二酸和反丁烯二酸的反相高效液相色谱法。以Shim- pack CLC-ODS 柱为分析柱,以甲醇-水(体积比5∶2,用磷酸调至pH 3.0)为流动相,流速0.7 mL/min, 检测波长为220 nm, 外标法定量。顺、反丁烯二酸的检出限分别为0.10和0.075 mg/L(S/N=2);相对标准偏差分别为0.47%和0.54%(n=3)。二者的线性范围均为10~60 mg/L。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高的特点,用于实际样品测定, 其结果令人满意。
Determination of Two Butendioic Acid Isomers by Reversed phase High performance Liquid Chromatography
A method for the determination of two butendioic acid isomers by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography is described. cis Butendioic and trans butendioic acids were separated by Shim-pack CLC-ODS column, using methanol-water(5∶2 by volume)solution adjusted to pH 3.0 by phosphoric acid as a mobile phase with flow rate of 0.7 mL/min. The quantitative results are obtained by external standard method. The detection wavelength of 220 nm is applied for the samples. The detection limits are 0.1 mg/L and 0.075 mg/L(S/N=2), and relative standard deviations are 0.47% and 0.54%(n=3) for cis and trans butendioic acid, respectively. Linear range for both isomers is in 10~60 mg/L. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and was applied to determination of practical samples with satisfactory results.
