"食品毒理学"作为食品专业一门重要的专业基础课,是食品安全相关课程学习和从业的必备基础,同时蕴含诸多思政元素,承担着育人功能.笔者以食品行业问题为纽带,通过项目化教学模式重构课程知识体系,为毒理学背景知识相对薄弱的食品专业学生创造了熟悉的情景,在解决问题的过程中实现对毒理学知识的习得与应用,培养"专家思维";在此基础上,深挖核心知识体系中的思政元素、丰富思政教育手段和完善思政考核评价机制,切实保障课程专业教育与思政教育同向同行.
As an important basic course for food majors,Food toxicology is a necessary foundation for the study of food safety-related courses and related work.It contains many ideological and political elements and bears the function of educating people.Based on the real problems in food industry,the author reconstructed the course knowledge system through the project-based teaching mode,creating a familiar situation for food-major students with relatively weak background knowledge of toxicology.This teaching method could realize the acquisition and application of toxicology knowledge and cultivate"expert thinking"of students in the process of solving problems.On this basis,we dug deep for ideological and political elements in the core knowledge system,enriched ideological and political education methods,and improved the assessment and evaluation mechanism.effectively implement professional education and ideological and political education in the same direction.The above reforms have effectively implemented professional education and ideological and political education in the same direction.
