Subject:Theoretical Explanation of State Governance of Law in New Era——Based on the Implication of Xi Jinping's Thought of Rule of Law
On the rule of law is a programmatic document of comprehensively goveming the country by law in the new era,we have advanced the modemization of China's govemance system and capacity on the basis of the rule of law,and established the basic proposition of law-based national govemance in the new era.The theoretical interpretation of national governance based on the rule of law in the new era should be based on the three basic dimensions of subject,value and norm,and follow the overall re-quirements of"Chinese-style modemization",from"a country,a government and a society under the rule of law","scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,fair administration of justice,and everyone abiding by the law"to the diverse practice sub-jects of national govemance,uphold the criteria of institutional govemance,the people's position,and good law and good govem-ance,with the socialist system of rule of law with Chinese characteristics as the overall focus,we will build a system of state gov-emance norms that are diverse,integrated and suited to local needs,and rely on the rule of law to turn the strengths of the state system into the effectiveness of govemance.
