Simplified Criminal Compliance Analysis of Micro and Small Enterprises in China
Comparatively speaking,the criminal compliance of micro and small enterprises is not a self-evident proposition,nor is it a false proposition.The pivotal position of them in China's national economy determines that we must put efforts into and then do a good job in the compliance of micro and small enterprises.The successful cases and results of micro and small enter-prise compliance in practice confirm that they can realize.At present,the simplified criminal compliance of micro and small en-terprises is the main direction in the localization of criminal compliance in China.However,there is no mature set of compliance programs about micro and small enterprises abroad that can be used as a reference for China.Thus,the development of simplified compliance of micro and small enterprises must be based on the experience accumulated in the pilot practice of China's enterprise compliance reform and the exploration of simplified compliance of micro and small enterprises,and expand its localization with open and pragmatic eyes after discarding the dross and selecting the essential.In view of this,the function of"detoxification"and"hematopoiesis"should be highlighted to study the effect of simplified compliance of micro and small enterprises.Meanwhile,the dominance of the procuratorial organs is the basis for the development of simplified compliance of micro and small enterprises.The concise content should be carried out around both procedural and substantive aspects.
