Risk and Antitrust Law Regulation of Algorithm Conspiracy and in Digital Economy
As the era of artificial intelligence goes,the algorithmshas become more and more widespread.Algorithmic automated decision-making becomes more and more powerful with the development of artificial intelligence technology.However,algorithmic automated decision-making also triggered the emergence of algorithmic conspiracy behavior,which is more insidious and easier to reach efficiently.Antitrust regulation system is faced with challenges such as difficulty in identifying algorithmic conspiracy,fixing evidence of conspiracy,and difficulty in delineating responsibility for conspiracy.It is necessary to understand that the Antimo-nopoly Law objects,such as"prevents and stops monopolistic behavior","protects market fair competition in the market","en-courages innovation","enhances the efficiency of economic operation"and so on.It is necessary to improve the Antimonopoly Law and the relevant supporting rules,to pay attention to the reasonableness of the platform rules,and to strengthen the construc-tion of regulatory science and technology and human resources,so as to establish a regulatory system of algorithmic conspiracy.
