The Protected Object Under Natural Resources Law in Environmental Law
Natural resources are the object of human development and utilization.As environmental damage,natural resources damage is the damage caused by natural resources to human resources,not the damage of resources,let alone the damage of product resources.Resource damage occurs in the subjectively constructed relationship of resource supply between man and nature.The object of the subjective resource supply relationship between man and nature is the relationship between the supply of natural resources and the demand of human resources loaded with harmless value demands.The object of resource damage prevention and control law protection is the beneficial relationship between natural resources and human resource needs.The basic task of resource damage prevention and control law is to realize the relationship between human and nature in resource supply that is beneficial to mankind,that is,to improve the degree of resource satisfaction.The basic means is to control development,that is,to improve the degree of resource satisfaction through the"control"of the total development amount and the total development intensity,and the important operating technology for effectively implementing control is"adaptation".
