摘要
用罗丹明B与水合肼一步反应简便制得罗丹明衍生物RBH,试验发现:在乙腈-水(CH3CN∶H2O =4∶1)溶液中,RBH对Pd2+具有高选择性和广泛的pH探测范围,其对常见金属离子不敏感,且常见钠、钾盐阴离子对Pd2+探测也无干扰作用.探针RBH与Pd2+结合后,RBH的吸收和荧光强度显著增加,其荧光强度增加24倍,检测时间仅需25 min.该Pd2探针响应灵敏,最低检出限为1.76×10-6mol/L.RBH对Pd2+的识别过程为不可逆,且该探针可制成试纸检测mmol/L级别含Pd2+水样.
Abstract
RBH has been synthesized by a facile one step coupling of rhodamine B with hydrazine hydrate. We incidentally found that RBH showed high selectivity toward Pd2+ in acetonitrile-water solutions (CH3CN:H2O = 4:1) with a broad pH span (5. 58 ~ 12. 23) but no significant response toward other competitive cations, such as Fe2 + , Co2+ , Ni2+ , Cu2+ , Zn2+ , Pb2+ , Cd2+ , Ca2+ , Mg2+ , K+ , Na+ , etc. No interference was also observed with common anions like Ac- , Br- ,C1- ,C1O4 - ,F- ,H2PO4 - , I- ,HSO4- , NO3 and SCN- (as their Na+ or K+ salts) , respectively. RBH also showed responses to Pd2+ within 25 minutes. The fluorescent intensity was enhanced 24 times. Additionally, RBH has the detection limit of 1.76 × 10-6 mol/L suggesting its high sensitivity for Pd2+ detection. Moreover,the recognit ion of Pd2+ was not reversible,and RBH can also be loaded as test paper for detectiong Pd2+ with mmol/L level in water solution.
