摘要

监测生物体中的生物硫醇对相关疾病的诊疗具有重要意义.以香豆酮衍生物为荧光母体,通过简单反应合成了检测生物硫醇的荧光探针JB.对探针JB的荧光性能、抗干扰能力以及活细胞荧光成像性质进行了研究,发现该探针具有基础荧光低、特异性强、毒性低、灵敏度高和生物相容性好等特点,并且成功用于T24活细胞内生物硫醇的荧光成像.该探针是一种很有潜力的生物硫醇小分子检测工具.

Abstract

It is crucial to track the levels of biothiols in organisms for diagnosing and treating disorders associated with them.Coumarone derivatives as the fluorescent parent,the fluorescent probe JB for biothiolsdetection was synthesized using the straightforward procedure.Investigations into the fluorescence characteristics,anti-interference capacity,and live cell fluorescence imaging of the probe revealed that it had low basal fluorescence,strong specificity,low toxicity,high sensitivity,and good biocompatibility.It was also successfully applied for the fluorescence imaging of biothiols in T24 live cells.The probe is a promising tool for thedetection of small moleculebiothiol.
