Detection of kojic acid in food by sensor based on iron metal organic skeleton@platinum@ionic liquid
A novel iron metal organic skeleton@platinum@ionic liquid/glassy carbon electrode(Fe-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE)based sensor was fabricated for detecting kojic acid in soy sauce rapidly by using iron metal organic skeleton@platinum@ionic liquid nanocomposite material(Fe-MOFs@Pt@IL)to modify the glassy carbon electrode(GCE).Iron metal organic skeleton@platinum nanocomposites(Fe-MOFs@Pt)were synthesized by chemical synthesis method,and Fe-MOFs@Pt@IL was prepared based on Fe-MOFs@Pt.The Fe-MOFs@Pt@IL/GCE sensor was prepared by using GCE as the working electrode and modifying Fe-MOFs@Pt@IL on the electrode surface.The oxidation peak currents(Ipc)exhibited wide linear ranges from 0.05 to 5.0 μmol/L and 5 to 1000 μmol/L,respectively towards the concentration(c)of kojic acid,and the detection limit was 0.0182 μmol/L.
