高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法测定纺织原料固体废物中23种禁限用染料

建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-PDA)同时测定纺织原料类固体废物中23种禁限用染料的方法.样品经甲醇∶乙腈(1∶1,V/V)水浴超声提取,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm)分离,以乙腈-20 mmol/L乙酸铵+0.05%氨水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,外标法定量.在优化条件下,23种目标染料在考察的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.996),检出限(LOD)为0.60~5.94 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为2.04~19.8 mg/kg,回收率为70.6%~114.8%,日间相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~10%.该方法适用于纺织固废中多种类型染料的快速筛查、定性与定量分析.
Determination of 23 prohibited and restricted dyes in textile solid waste by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem diode array method
A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem diode array(HPLC-PDA)method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 23 prohibited and restricted dyes in textile raw material solid wastes.The samples were extracted by methanol∶acetonitrile(1∶1,V/V)water bath ultrasonication and separated on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mixture of acetonitrile,20 mmol/L ammonium acetate and 0.05%ammonia solution was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution,and the extract was quantified by external standard method.Under the optimized conditions,the 23 target dyes showed good linearity within the investigated mass concentration ranges(R2>0.996),with the limits of detection(LODs)of 0.60-5.94 mg/kg and the limits of quantification(LOQs)of 2.04-19.8 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 70.6%to 114.8%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranged from 1.2%to 10%.The method is suitable for the rapid screening,qualitative and quantitative analysis of various types of dyes in textile solid waste.
