Rapid screening of benzodiazepine tablets by direct analysis in real time tandem mass spectrometry
A method of direct analysis in real time tandem mass spectrometry(DART-MS/MS)for rapid screening of benzodiazepine tablets was established.The results showed that 34 benzodiazepine signals could be monitored using a multiple reaction monitoring mode with nitrogen as the carrier gas to purge the tablet surface and an optimal temperature of 300℃for the carrier gas heater.The tablet powder was dissolved in methanol and then diluted 100 times,using helium as the carrier gas and 400℃as the temperature of the carrier gas,and the rapid screening of tablet composition without residual effect can be achieved.The analytical protocols established in this paper has its own advantages and can be selected for different case situations to adapt to the needs of screening suspicious drug pills in judicial testing.
