基于丝网印刷碳电极/还原氧化石墨烯/金纳米颗粒复合物的电化学传感器检测新型冠状病毒抗体

本文通过原位生长法合成还原氧化石墨烯/金纳米颗粒(rGO/AuNPs)复合材料,采用扫描电子显微镜,X-射线衍射谱,X-射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱对rGO/AuNPs材料进行表征.以丝网印刷碳电极(SPCE)为基底电极,rGO/AuNPs为电极修饰材料,利用AuNPs与抗原形成Au-S键的自组装方式固定新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)抗原,构建了一种简单的电化学免疫传感器,并用于检测COVID-19抗体.结果显示,该传感器检测COVID-19抗体的线性范围为500 fg/mL~100 pg/mL,检出限为1.63 fg/mL.
Detection of COVID-19 antibody by electrochemical sensor based on SPCE/rGO/AuNPs
In this paper,reduced graphene oxide/gold nanoparticles(rGO/AuNPs)composite was synthesized by in-situ growth method.Then,the rGO/AuNPs was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction pattern,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectrometry.A simple electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)antibody was constructed by using screen-printed carbon electrode(SPCE)as the based electrode and rGO/AuNPs as the electrode modification material and forming Au-S bond by self-assembly of AuNPs with antigen to immobilize the COVID-19 antigen.The results showed the COVID-19 antibody was detected in a linear range of 500 fg/mL-100 pg/mL,and the detection limit was 1.63 fg/mL.
