色谱柱内加氢法分析1-己烯纯度和烃类杂质组成

采用原子层沉积(ALD)技术制备Pt加氢催化剂,并进一步制备Pt加氢微填充柱.通过一个六通切换阀和非极性色谱柱,建立了1-己烯纯度及烃类杂质的分析方法.通过阀切换,在一台色谱仪上实现了1-己烯样品加氢前后的分析,解决了单根色谱柱上1-己烯和2-甲基-1-戊烯无法分离的问题,通过计算可得到1-己烯的纯度.本研究为石化领域其它复杂烯烃的异构体分离和结构鉴定提供了新的思路和方法.
Purity analysis of 1-hexene using in-column hydrogenation gas chromatography
Pt hydrogenation catalyst was prepared with atomic layer deposition(ALD)technology,and then Pt hydrogenation micro-packed column was prepared.Through a six-way switching valve and a non-polar chromatographic column,the analytical method for 1-hexene purity and hydrocarbon impurities was established.Analysis of 1-hexene samples before and after hydrogenation was achieved by switching valves on a chromatograph.So,the separation of 1-hexene and 2-methyl-1-pentene on a single chromatographic column was achieved,and the purity of 1-hexene can be obtained through calculation.This study provides a new method for the separation of isomers and structural identification of other complex olefins in the petrochemical field.
