器官芯片是一项革命性的生物医学工程技术,作为一种高精度、高准确度的微生理系统,具有通量大、分析效率高、试剂消耗低、检测速度快、自动化程度高等优点,被认为是一种前景广阔的药物分析工具.本综述介绍了近几年器官芯片的发展进程,同时介绍了多个类型器官芯片在药物分析中的应用,包括肝芯片、肾芯片、脑芯片、肠芯片及多器官芯片.本综述同时总结了该领域所面临的一些关键挑战,并讨论了器官芯片在药物分析方面的发展前景,期望为利用器官芯片进行药物分析的研究提供有效的帮助和指导.
Abstract
Organ-on-chip(OoC)is a ground-breaking biomedical engineering technique.This high-precision and high-accuracy microphysiological system offers benefits including high throughput,high analytical efficiency,low reagent consumption,fast detection speed,and high degree of automation and is considered as a promising tool for drug analysis.This review details the developmental process of OoC in recent years,introduces the applications of various OoC,such as liver chips,kidney chips,brain chips,gut chips,and multi-organ chips,in drug analysis,summarizes the significant challenges faced,and discusses the prospects of OoC,offering useful assistance and guidance for drug analysis by OoC.
