研制了一种基于液流控集成芯片技术的总磷在线分析仪,分别从液流控集成芯片、分析流路、电路控制等方面进行了设计及验证讨论,同时对分析仪的性能进行了测定.研究结果表明,在0~2 mg/L的量程范围内,分析仪的标准曲线的R2值为0.9999;检出限为0.04mg/L;示值误差在0.75%以内;精密度为0.15%;量程漂移为0.05%F.S.分析仪体积小、重量轻、准确度高,精密度好,检出限低,可集成于户外的微型水站,使户外的微型站更小、更轻.
Development of total phosphorus online analyzer based on fluid flow control integrated chip
A total phosphorus online analyzer based on liquid flow control integrated chip technology is developed.The design and verification of the integrated chip,flow analysis,circuit control and other aspects are discussed,and the performance of the analyzer is measured.The results show that in the range of 0-2mg/L,the R2 value of the standard curve of the analyzer is 0.9999,the detection limit is 0.04mg/L,the value error is within 0.75%,the precision is 0.15%,the range drift is 0.05%F.S.The analyzer is small in size,light in weight,high in accuracy,good in precision and low in detection limit.It can be integrated into outdoor micro water station.
