石墨烯基材料的灰分测试方法研究

分别采用马弗炉燃烧法和热重分析法两种方法研究了石墨烯基材料的灰分.比较了使用不同方法测试6类石墨烯基材料灰分的结果数值;对不同实验方法的灰分进行分析,发现使用马弗炉燃烧法与热重分析仪的灰分测试结果一致,无显著差异;马弗炉法具有高样品代表性、低成本等的优点,热重分析法具有仪器性能稳定、自动化程度高的优点,两者互为补充,是石墨烯基材料灰分测试的重要方法,为碳材料灰分的测试提供参考和借鉴.
Study of ash testing method for graphene-based materials
The ash content of graphene-based materials was investigated using two methods,muffle combustion method and thermogravimetric analysis method,respectively.The results of ash content of six types of graphene-based materials tested using different methods were compared.The ash content of different experimental methods were analyzed,and it was found that the results of ash content using muffle combustion method and thermogravimetric analysis were consistent without significant difference.The muffle method has the advantages of high sample representativeness and low cost,while the thermogravimetric analysis method has the advantages of stable instrument performance and high automation.The two methods complement each other and are important methods for ash content testing of graphene based materials.
