Maintenance and use of electrodes in the verification process of pH meter
Based on long-term practical experience and the requirements of pH meter verification regulations,solutions for various electrode related issues encountered in the pH calibration process,such as the external reference electrolyte of composite electrode,the drying of electrode soaking solution,the bubbles inside the glass bulb,the aging of electrode,and the crystallization of electrode salt bridge are summarized.It greatly improves the qualification rate and verification efficiency of pH meter,and provides convenience for customers who submit electrodes for inspection.
