发酵香椿叶对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血浆生化参数的影响

为探讨发酵香椿叶对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和血浆生化指标的影响,本研究选取300日龄京粉8号蛋鸡共320只,随机分成4组,每组设定8个重复,每个重复10只鸡.在试验期间,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加1%、2%、3%三个不同梯度的发酵香椿叶.经过7天预试期和60天试验期,得出以下结论:在蛋鸡生产性能方面,饲粮添加发酵香椿叶可以提高产蛋率,显著增加平均蛋重(P<0.05);在蛋品质方面,添加发酵香椿叶可以增加蛋白高度,试验第60天,蛋黄色泽显著增加(P<0.05);在血浆生化指标方面,添加发酵香椿叶试验第60天,血浆中GLU含量显著降低(P<0.05),ALB和HDL含量显著提高(P<0.05),加入发酵香椿叶3%试验组的血浆中BUN含量显著下降(P<0.05),表明发酵香椿叶可以促进对蛋白质的消化和吸收,改善脂代谢水平.
Effects of fermentted toona sinensis leaf on laying performance,egg quality and serum biochemical index of laying hens
This study aimed to study the effects of fermentted toona sinensis leaf on laying performance,egg quality and serum biochemical index of laying hens.A total of 320 No.8 Jingfen laying hens(300-day-old)were selected and randomly divid-ed into four groups with eight replicates in each group and ten hens in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental groups were supplemented respectively with 1%fermentted toona sinensis leaf,2%fermentted toona sinen-sis leaf,and 3%fermentted toona sinensis leaf.The pre-trial period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 60 days.The results showed that:in terms of the production performance,compared with that of the control group,the egg production rate of the trial group was increased,and the average egg weight was significantly increased(P<0.05);In terms of the egg quality,al-bumen height was increased,and on day 60 of experiment,the egg yolk color was significantly increased(P<0.05);On the se-rum biochemical indicators,on day 60 of experiment,the plasma contents of glucose(GLU)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of plasma of albumin(ALB),high density lipoprotein(HDL)were significantly increased(P<0.05),the addition of 3%fermentted toona sinensis leaf could significantly reduce the blood urea nitrogen(BUN)(P<0.05).The fermentted toona sinensis leaf could improve the digestion and absorption of protein,and improve the level of lipid metabolism.
