The new development concept is actively implemented and digital transformation is accelerateed in the engineer-ing construction field.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology as an innovative technology is gradually emphasized and promoted.The paper is based on the application of BIM technology for practical verification,summarizes the actual applica-tion effect and the problems faced,and discusses the development direction of BIM technology,in order to provide a direction for promoting more advanced and scientific collaborative construction and refined management.
