The main characteristics and development path of sports governance structure in the new era
The sports governance structure plays an important role in the development of a country.This paper conducts re-search on the governance structure of sports in China in the new era through literature review,logical analysis,and other meth-ods.The main characteristics of sports governance structure in the new era are discussed from five aspects,including the initial formation of a discourse structure system centered on distributive justice,the steady development of a diverse governance sub-ject structure,the use of rights restructuring as the entry point for sports governance reform,the continuous improvement of the rule of law structure that combines moral and legal governance,the combination of network governance and vertical gover-nance,and the gradual optimization of action governance structure.The future sports governance should actively construct a hier-archical,complex,and systematic structural pattern,and promote the rapid,stable,and sustainable development of sports gover-nance reform in China.
