Analysis of the efficacy of the stones excretion of residual stones by"Yinghuaipaishi decoction"after the flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy of upper urinary tract stones
Through prospective randomized controlled study,the Chinese medicine prescription"Yinghuaipaishi Decoc-tion"is analyzed for the discharge effect of residual stones after the flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.From April 2020 to October 2022,161 patients with stone residues after flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our department were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group according to the numerical table method,including 76 cases in the control group and 85 cases in the treatment group.The control group were given oral drugs for anti-infection and analgesic symptomatic treatment according to the changes of the patient's condition.The treatment group were given the traditional Chinese medicine"Yinghuaipaishi Decoction",1 dose 2 servings per day,plus the treatment done on the control group,for a total of 8 days.Of the two groups,stone discharge time,stone removal time,stone removal rate,total effec-tive rate,TCM syndrome changes,use of analgesic drugs,urinary leukocytes turning negative time and other indicators were ob-served.The measurement data are expressed as mean±standard deviation,using t-test.After 8 weeks of treatment,the stone ex-cretion rate of the treatment group was 91.8%,and the total effective rate was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.9%and 84.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone expulsion time and clearance time in the treatment group(5.50±1.55 days,22.88±5.34 days)were shorter than those in the control group(9.60±2.10 days,40.01±3.94 days,P<0.05).After 2 weeks,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the treatment group who received analgesic drugs was lower than that in the control group(12.76%vs 30.91%,P<0.05),and the time to turn negative for postoperative urine leukemia in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(13.60±1.85 days vs 20.76±4.86 days,P<0.05).The Yinghuaipaishi Decoction stone de-coction can significantly promote the discharge of residual stones after ureteral flexible holmium laser lithotripsy,shorten the stone expulsion time,reduce the symptoms of low back pain and hematuria in patients after surgery,and promote the recovery of urinary tract infection.
