Research on the influence of algorithm control on employees'prosocial behavior
With the advent of the digital era,algorithm management has been widely applied in enterprise organization and management,enhancing managerial efficiency and exerting significant influence on employee organizational behavior.The man-agement of algorithm technology deserves attention for its impact on employees'prosocial behavior.In this context of the digital economy,this paper constructs a model of the influence mechanism of algorithmic control on employees'prosocial behavior based on the theory of self-control resources.Research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM for model testing.The results reveal:(1)a negative correlation between algorithmic control and employees'prosocial behavior.(2)ego depletion plays an intermediary role in the relationship between algorithmic control and employees'prosocial behavior.(3)mindfulness moderates the relationship between self-depletion and employees'prosocial behavior.This study offers theoretical and practical implications from the perspectives of organizational behavior and human resource management for the sustainable development of enterprises.
