算法控制对员工亲社会行为的影响研究

随着数字化时代的到来,算法管理被更加广泛地应用到企业组织管理中,提高企业管理效率的同时也对员工组织行为产生重要影响,算法技术的管理对于员工亲社会行为影响值得关注.该研究基于数字经济背景,以自我控制资源理论为基础,构建算法控制对员工亲社会行为的影响机制模型.文章研究数据通过问卷收集并通过搜索引擎营销(Search Engine Marketing,SEM)结果模型检验分析,结果表明:(1)算法控制与员工亲社会行为呈现负相关关系.(2)自我损耗在算法控制与员工亲社会行为中间起中介作用.(3)正念在自我损耗和员工亲社会行为的关系中起调节作用.本文从组织行为和人力资源管理角度对于企业可持续发展提出理论与实践启示.
Research on the influence of algorithm control on employees'prosocial behavior
With the advent of the digital era,algorithm management has been widely applied in enterprise organization and management,enhancing managerial efficiency and exerting significant influence on employee organizational behavior.The man-agement of algorithm technology deserves attention for its impact on employees'prosocial behavior.In this context of the digital economy,this paper constructs a model of the influence mechanism of algorithmic control on employees'prosocial behavior based on the theory of self-control resources.Research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM for model testing.The results reveal:(1)a negative correlation between algorithmic control and employees'prosocial behavior.(2)ego depletion plays an intermediary role in the relationship between algorithmic control and employees'prosocial behavior.(3)mindfulness moderates the relationship between self-depletion and employees'prosocial behavior.This study offers theoretical and practical implications from the perspectives of organizational behavior and human resource management for the sustainable development of enterprises.
