成渝地区双城经济圈协同推进数字服务业高质量发展研究——基于扎根理论的分析

摘要
数字服务业是成渝地区布局双循环新发展格局的一大战略重点.本文首先通过从政府官网收集相关政策、统计年鉴和报告、从知网收集相关学术论文、从权威媒体收集相关报道,建构了文本数据库.然后基于扎根理论研究方法,对文本数据进行词汇云分析、开放编码、主轴编码、选择编码和理论饱和度检验,构建成渝地区双城经济圈协同推进数字服务业高质量发展模型.最后从加强政府制度保障、加速产业转型发展与生态化体系建设、构建统一大市场等方面提出建议.
Abstract
Digital service industry is a major strategic focus of the new development pattern of double cycle layout in Chengdu-Chongqing region.This research constructs a text database by collecting relevant policies,statistical yearbooks and re-ports from the official government websites,relevant academic papers from CNKI,and relevant reports from authoritative me-dia.Then,based on the grounded theory approach,word cloud analysis,open coding,spindle coding,selective coding and theo-retical saturation test are carried out on the text data,and a high-quality development model of digital service industry in Cheng-du-Chongqing economic circle is constructed.Then,the research conclusions are drawn and countermeasures are proposed from three aspects:strengthening government system guarantee,accelerating industrial transformation and ecological system con-struction and building a unified large market.
