安徽省某高校医学院大学生健康素养现状调查
A survey on the current status of health literacy among medical college students in a university of Anhui Province

摘要
了解安徽省某高校医学院大学生的健康素养现状,探讨其影响因素,为医学院校大学生健康教育的开展提供参考.采取便利抽样的方法,对某高校医学院护理学、医学检验技术专业 3 个年级的大学生进行健康素养调查.该校医学院大学生具备健康素养水平的比例为 61.2%,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能具备率分别为 57.3%、52.8%、61.2%.该校大学生不同年级、父亲职业不同具备健康素养的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).该校医学院大学生健康素养水平相对较高,但是健康生活方式与行为素养偏低,医学院校应重点培养医学生健康的生活方式,从而提高大学生整体健康素养水平.
Abstract
This study investigated the current status of health literacy among medical college students from a univer-sity in Anhui Province,and explored the influencing factors,to provide a reference for medical colleges to implement healthy education.A convenient sampling was used to conduct a health literacy survey among undergraduates from three grades at a university's medical school majoring in nursing and medical laboratory technology.61.2%of medical college students at the school have a considerable level of health literacy,57.3%have basic knowledge and concepts,52.8%have healthy lifestyles and behaviors,and 61.2%have healthy skills,respectively.There was a statistically signifi-cant difference in health literacy among college students of different grades and their fathers with different professions(P＜0.05).The health literacy level of medical college students is relatively high,but their healthy lifestyle and behavioral lit-eracy are relatively unsatisfactory.Medical colleges should focus on cultivating healthy lifestyles for medical students,in order to improve their overall health literacy level.
