"投入-过程-产出-效果"视阈下我国老年体育发展评价
On the evaluation of Chinese elderly sports development from the perspective of"input-process-output-effect"

摘要
为推动我国老年体育事业发展,采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、半结构式访谈法、因子分析法和数理统计法,从"投入-过程-产出-效果"四维视角进行我国老年体育发展评价指标体系构建,形成 4 个一级指标、14 个二级指标和 51 个三级指标组成的我国老年体育发展评价指标体系,并对指标体系进行实证分析,结果如下:我国老年体育发展实际结果与东部、中部和西部地区经济发展水平保持一致;投入、产出和效果的二级指标中东部、中部和西部呈明显阶梯状特征;发展过程的二级指标中中部地区评价指数相对最高,东部地区次之,西部地区最低.就全国而言,我国老年体育发展满意度评价指数不高.综合实证结果认为,未来需要从调整我国老年体育发展的投入重心、加强宣传引导、充分发挥社会和市场的力量等方面入手,促进我国老年体育可持续发展.
Abstract
In order to promote the development of sports for the elderly in China,documentation,the Delphi method,the semi-structured interview,the factor analysis,and the mathematical statistics were used to construct the evaluation index system for the development of sports for the elderly in China from the four-dimensional perspective of"input-process-output-effect".The evaluation index system was composed of 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators.Then an empirical analysis of the index system was carried out.The results show that the elderly sports development corre-sponds to the economic development in the central and western regions.Among the secondary indicators of input,output and ef-fect,the eastern,central and western regions showed obvious ladder-like distribution.Among the secondary indicators of the de-velopment process,the evaluation index of the central region is relatively the highest,followed by the eastern region and the low-est in the western region.As far as the whole country is concerned,the satisfaction evaluation index of the development of sports for the elderly in China is not high.The comprehensive empirical results show that in the future,it is necessary to adjust the in-vestment focus of the development of senior sports in China,strengthen publicity and guidance,and give full play to the power of society and the market to promote the sustainable development of senior sports in China.
