数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展的理论内涵与实践框架

摘要
数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展意义重大.通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展进行研究,认为数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展的理论内涵主要包括:数字赋能的根本目标是促进老年体育服务高品质发展,数字赋能的重要任务是推进老年体育服务均衡发展,数字赋能的重点是推进老年体育服务开放发展,数字赋能的关键是推进老年体育服务融合发展.其实践框架主要包括四个方面:质与量的同步提升、供与需的高度契合、制与治的协调互动、智与"服"的深度融合.
Abstract
To develop high-quality digital-enabled elderly sports service is of great significance,the study finds that the the-oretical connotation of the high-quality development of digital-enabled elderly sports service mainly includes:The fundamental goal of digital empowerment is to promote high-quality development of elderly sports services;the important task is to promote the balanced development;the emphasis is to promote the open development;the key is to promote the integration.The practical framework of digital-enabled sports service for the elderly mainly includes four aspects:the simultaneous promotion of quality and quantity,the high degree of agreement between supply and demand,the coordinated interaction between system and gover-nance,and the deep integration of intelligence and service.
