摘要
神经母细胞瘤是常见的儿童颅外恶性实体肿瘤.神经母细胞瘤能引起机体产生抗肿瘤的免疫反应,也能逃避免疫系统的杀伤.本文从免疫原性降低、免疫细胞功能抑制和肿瘤免疫微环境改变 3 个方面综述神经母细胞瘤免疫逃逸机制的研究进展.
Abstract
Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor in childhood.Neuroblastoma can evoke anti-tumor immune response,meanwhile,it can escape from the immune suppression.In this paper,the research progresses of neuroblastoma immune escape in the process of tumor immunity including impaired immunogenicity,suppressed immunocytes,as well as changes of tumor microenvironment are reviewed.
