摘要
胆道闭锁是以新生儿肝组织纤维化、汇管区炎症等为主要特征的疾病,围产期病毒感染被认为是致病因素之一,机体免疫调控异常在疾病进程中发挥主要作用.T淋巴细胞在免疫调控紊乱、过强的炎症反应以及自身抗体产生起着关键性的作用.本文对与胆道闭锁发病相关的T淋巴细胞亚群的种类和特点进行阐述.
Abstract
Biliary atresia is characterized by hepatic fibrosis and inflammation in portal area of newborns,infected by virus in the perinatal period was considered to be an important cause.The abnormal immune regulation plays an important role in the process of biliary atresia,T lymphocytes plays a key role in immune disorder,severe inflammation and production of autoantibody.This article reviewed the research progress of different subtypes of T lymphocyte and their characteristic in Biliary atresia.
