A neonatal with nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis was reported.There was no abnormality in the maternal history and family history.A strep-like mass about 10.0 cm×0.5 cm×0.5 cm on the top of the right head was found at birth,which fell off spontaneously after ligation.The neonate was follow-up for 3 months and showed no recurrence,with a good prognosis.
