纤维素织物活性染料气介染色工艺

为缓解印染加工过程中染色废水排放量高、染色过程能耗量大、对环境污染大等问题,文章采用气介染色工艺对纤维素织物进行上染,并与卷染工艺对比,观察两者的染色效果。经实验研究表明,气介染色工艺和卷染工艺对纤维素织物的染色效果一致,且在同等染色效果下,气介染色工艺的能耗低、工艺效率更高,为清洁化染色技术提供了一种可行方法。
Gas-liquid Dyeing of Cellulose Fabric with Reactive Dyes
To eliminate problems such as high discharge of dyeing wastewater,high energy consumption in the dyeing process,and severe environmental pollution in the dyeing and printing process,the article adopts the gas-liquid dyeing process for dyeing cellulose fabrics and compares it with jigger dyeing to observe the dyeing effect of the two.The experimental study shows that the dyeing effect of gas-liquid dyeing and jigger dyeing on cellulose fabrics is the same.But gas-liquid dyeing boasts low energy consumption and higher process efficiency,which provides a feasible method for clean dyeing technology.
