The article focuses on the application performance of low-temperature scouring and bleaching agent TF-1291K and applies it to polyester knitted fabric dyeing and short-flow one-bath processing of stain removal.In doing so,the article explores the effects of the low-temperature scouring and bleaching agent dosage,the amount of H2O2,temperature and time and other factors on the staining cleanliness of polyester knitted fabrics.The results show that the TF-1291K agent can help polyester knitted fabrics obtain good processing results in a one-bath,two-step process.Compared with the conventional process,it can shorten the process flow and ensure a good stain removal and dyeing effect.
