摘要

对于某些厚实的锦纶/氨纶混纺面料,20%盐酸法溶解锦纶纤维困难时,采用80%甲酸法以及二甲基甲酰胺法进行定量分析.结果显示:80%甲酸法对氨纶纤维的损伤较大,二甲基甲酰胺法试验结果稳定、可靠,可视试样情况配合20%盐酸法使用.

Abstract

For some thick polyamide/spandex blended fabrics,80%formic acid method and dimethylfor-mamide method were used for quantitative analysis when 20%hydrochloric acid method was difficult to dis-solve nylon fiber.The results showed that 80%formic acid method had great damage to polyurethane fiber,and the test results of dimethylformamide method were stable and reliable,which could be used in combi-nation with 20%hydrochloric acid method based on the sample conditions.
