An evaluation method of mask ear band comfort was designed by combining the constant elonga-tion force test of ear band with subjective wearing comfort evaluation,which provided an evaluation basis for evaluating ear band comfort.The results showed that the 4 mm circular ear band had better wearing comfort when the force value was less than 90 cN at 38％constant elongation,and the length of the ear band could be designed according to the comfortable pressure value.
